We used to learn proper etiquette every night around the dinner table and as an integral part of our academic education. Now, with our busy lives and technological world, where do we learn the skills for effective and social interaction? Grabbing dinner in the car between school and soccer practice? In the dorm dining room?

While proper etiquette may not be an integral part of early education as it once was, it still remains vital in business and many social arenas. There is nothing more embarrassing for a young man or woman than to be thrust into a new situation where etiquette is required and not know what to do or how to behave. This is why we call our training "skills for life" because knowing the right thing to say and the right way to say it, or the right thing to do and the right way to do it, provide a tremendous advantage in every aspect of adult life.
