DEBORAH KING, AICI CIP, is President of Final Touch Finishing School, which she founded in Seattle, Washington in 1989. Deborah’s passion is to equip people from all walks of life with the necessary skills to move confidently from the informal to the formal with ease and grace. She teaches how to evaluate each social and business circumstance, as well as how to respond with appropriate poise and manners based on a variety of cultural considerations.
Deborah has over 30 years of experience in the etiquette and image industry. Her training includes the Emily Post Institute, the Protocol School of Washington, Conselle Institute of Image Management, and IAPC Executive Etiquette Education.
Deborah is a board member for the Image Consultants' Society International (ICSI) serving the Indian Sub Continent and Middle East. She also serves as Chair for the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) Global Civility Awareness Proclamation Project and as an Advisor for AICI South Central Chapter. Deborah has been awarded the AICI Chapter Member of the Year 2009, the 2010/2011 NAPW Executive and Professional Woman of the Year and has been selected for the Highline Community College's 2010 Distinguished Alumnus Award.
Deborah is a published author on civility and etiquette. She writes a monthly column for Wise Women in North Texas and is a co-author for Image Power and Executive Etiquette Power. Her Etiquette and Portion Plate and book are included in the Johns Hopkins Civility Archives.
Deborah serves as a reliable resource to the media and travels extensively both domestically and internationally, teaching her principles of etiquette and poise to individuals aged five to seventy-five. She has served as a consultant to Meadowood Napa Valley since 2003 and has presented programs for public and private schools, numerous clubs, churches, associations, and a host of companies.

Hailed as the "Queen of Etiquette", Deborah’s warm teaching style is based on the simplicity of kindness and respect for self, others and property.
Her classes instill a greater sense of potential and increased confidence for all who attend. A native of Seattle, she currently lives near Dallas, Texas.

Lisa Fischer
Lisa Fischer is a certified instructor through Final Touch Finishing School and leads the youth programs in Seattle, Washington. Lisa is a member of the International Association of Image Consultants and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Miss Auburn Scholarship Pageant where she trains contestants in the area of poise, grace, elegance and confidence. She teaches students why these skills are important to daily life – not just for the stage. As a former Human Resource Director in the hotel industry, she understands the value of presenting a polished image and possessing strong social skills in order to advance in the business world. The key is not just presenting a great first impression; it is presenting an authentic and lasting one. Lisa lives in Renton, Washington with her husband and three children. She demonstrates the same warm teaching style, based on kindness and respect, which Final Touch is known for. |

Keitha Story-Stephenson
Keitha Story-Stephenson is an associate and instructor with Final Touch Finishing School. Her background includes over thirty years of teaching and administrative experience. She has conducted motivational seminars, lectures and instructional training throughout the country. Keitha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and holds a Master’s Degree in Religious Education with a focus in Counseling with Adolescents and Adults. Her teaching and counseling experience brings a compassion and insight into her program development and presentation. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in nutrition. Having served as the Co-Chair for the Family-Community-Leadership Council, sponsored by the Kellogg Foundation, Keitha has a varied and multi- level expertise in development of corporate programming. Her hands-on approach to interactive teaching is enhanced by wit and insight into understandable and easily adaptive learning. |

Linda Savage
Linda Savage is a certified instructor through Final Touch Finishing School and presents many of the youth programs across the Puget Sound area. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, with a focus on special needs children. Since 1976 Linda has been involved with public and private education and continues to serve as a substitute teacher for K-12th grade. She certainly is no stranger to the classroom. As a former representative of one of the top three cosmetic companies in the world, Linda is well equipped to share her vast knowledge of skin care and cosmetics with her students. Linda and her husband, Dan, a Naval flight officer, have enjoyed diverse cultures and environments as they moved across the United States and around the world. They chose to settle in Snohomish, Washington, where they raised their daughter and are now enjoying the teen years with their son. Linda, Dan, and their son are intimately involved with the Boy Scouts of America. |

Monica Brandner
Monica is President of IMAGE by M. Brandner serving both Juneau, Alaska and Spokane, Washington. She is a certified instructor through Final Touch Finishing School, Inc., and a member of the Association of Image Consultants International and Toastmasters. As Mrs. Alaska 1998, Monica spent her year speaking to youth. Wearing pageant shoes taught her that life is full of opportunities, and social skills are the keys to opening doors. It is now a passion for Monica to teach these skills to children and youth so that they can open their own doors of opportunities. Some of her clients include: District 81 in Spokane, Washington and Tlingit and Haida Central Council. She has been featured in the Juneau Empire and the Spokesman Review, as well as special guest on KJNO Radio and KXLY - TV. Along with owning her own business, Monica works for Alaska/Horizon Airlines and provides business etiquette training to their customer service team. She believes that teaching kindness and respect is not limited to the classroom, but must be a lifestyle that demonstrates those principles for others to see. She is married to her husband Steve, and has two adult daughters. |

Toby Parsons
Toby Parsons is an associate instructor for Final Touch Finishing School as well as sole-proprietor of It's Your Image. She is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International and the National Association of Professional Organizers, and is certified in Fashion Retail and Marketing. Toby incorporates years of fashion and organizational study to provide professional wardrobe and organizational services. She is passionate about inspiring and educating women and children and understands the value of wardrobe, organization, social and etiquette skills for the life-long benefit of her clients and students. The mother of three, Toby, her husband and youngest daughter live in Hoodsport, Washington. |
